Background
Chiyemi originated from Uzushiogakure,With the uzumaki clan leader as her grandfather,Chiyemi was introduced to tobirama senju when he and his brother hashirama senju visited the uzumaki village to attend a celebration held for hashirama and mito's engagement.The uzumaki clan leader suggested to tobirama that chiyemi could be a good wife for tobirama as he wanted to marry her off to someone he trusted,Originally he had hashirama in mind but as hashirama was already arranged to mary mito uzumaki,Other plan's had to be made.Tobirama agreed to marrying chiyemi because of who her grandfather was,And how close the uzumaki and senju clan were,Also chiyemi's father was a senju man while her mother an uzumaki woman,Tobirama remembered chiyemi's father from war time and how he was the leader of one of his father's senju squad's,Conbributing a lot to his clan,Back then tobirama had only seen glimpses of chiyemi when they were both children not ever thinking eventually they would be together in a arranged marriage,But as tobirama could easily accept what he had to do as his duty,Being very practical by nature,He easily accepted this arranged marriage proposal and would make the best of it as he couldn't find any fault in chiyemi's background or her appearance though he was too stubborn to compliment the uzumaki girl.Tobirama found a positive side to the marriage that hopefully he would be able to have some son's like his father wanted for him when he was old enough,To leave behind a legacy of his own and continue the will of fire through his family and many more generations to come.
Upon meeting tobirama for the first time after many years at mito and hashirama's engagement celebration party held in her own village,Chiyemi felt nervous as the serious senju man studied her appearance with those narrow and cold looking eye's of his so she looked away with a shy expression even with her grandfather,The uzumaki clan head by her side,She didn't feel comfortable with his decision of her marrying someone she had hardly interacted with.
Despite chiyemi's nerves,She didn't faulter in her duty as tobirama's wife,When they were eventually married.
Chiyemi was a loyal wife to tobirama,Being kind natured and understanding,She was the only one who saw a more affectionate side of the mostly cold senju man,Chiyemi's fondest moment with her husband being when they had only been married a short time and while tobirama was free from duty one particular day in the summer,His brother had made arrangements so tobirama could dedicate some time to chiyemi without work holding him back,Tobirama was able to spend time with chiyemi in konoha's forest where a lot of cherry blossom tree's were now flourishing due to the time of year,Both of them just taking a long walk,Gradually reaching the lake and sitting there,Watching the water flow and listening to the peaceful surrounding's,While tobirama enjoyed the peace he felt awkward whenever chiyemi would look at him in a kind and loving way but that side of tobirama only made chiyemi smile and laugh as she didn't understand why anyone would feel stubborn about displaying affection for their wife.
Whenever chiyemi laughed at tobirama for being too stubborn he didn't like it and pulled a grumpier expression than usual though even he couldn't hold off chiyemi's affection all the time as now and then he would give in to a kiss or hug when they were alone and his expression would become more relaxed with a bit of color to his cheek's,Truthfully findng the uzumaki girl cute but due to his stern nature he would never admit such a thing.
Mito and chiyemi were good friends as they interacted a lot while their husband's were away which was very often,Talking about their married life,While mito would say how affectionate and optimistic hashirama was,Chiyemi would joke back saying how tobirama was the complete opposite of his brother but he still had a soft side that only came out with her.
As a child chiymei was traumatized by the death that surrounded her during the times of war so as she matured,She concentrated on perfecting her healing skills to help as many of the injured as she could,Chiyemi's only comfort was her older brother's words,Telling her to be strong and carry on,Not to ever give up hope even in the darkest of places.
Loving children but not being able to have them due to medical complications chiyemi did her best to help the children in her village and in orphanges outside it.Chiyemi would often visit orphanages,Giving donations and helping the children there,Also singing to them since chiyemi had a talent for singing calming melodies,She would often do that as a child to relax herself from the war that usually went on around her.
Chiyemi 's brother "kenzo uzumaki" was a shinobi that remained in their home village when chiyemi moved to konohagakure,When uzushiogakure was later destroyed due to a huge war that took place there,Kenzo didn't survive the battle,Once chiyemi received the news of her brother's death from a few konoha shinobi that had finished checking over the ruin's of what was once her home village,Chiyemi was deeply saddened and made a memorial for her brother in konoha's grave yard where she visted daily and left fresh flower's for him each time.
Later on when chiyemi had lost her husband tobirama as he had been killed during his final mission,His grave was another that she visted until her own death,Chiyemi was never able to have children due to a unknown complication though she wanted many with tobirama.
