I love Manami as a character and her design is really good. I definately like this look for a grown up Manami. I also love how she's a tailor, instead of some super ninja that makes Sakura look unnecessary. Problem lot of fan siblings for canon characters have, is the fact that they steal the attention away from the canonical sibling. Manami is more of a supporting character for Sakura and thus works much better.
Are you going to draw/comission a pic of Manami with her adorable niece Sarada? I can imagine Sarada and Manami having adorable relationship, like maybe Sarada is really close to her aunt, because she has such similar personality to her mom that they seem to clash and argue a lot in canon, so I could see Sarada viewing Manami as the "cool aunt" and hanging out with her a lot.
